Re:Wilding

Five artists on the inner child: curiosity, nostalgia and the wild places we carry. Work in animation, beading, aluminium, organza and paint, drawn from myth, memory and the body.

When we allow wildness, we allow what is still becoming.

What is D+D

A Nomadic Gallery Concept, Riyadh and Worldwide

D+D carefully curates selling exhibitions rooted in concept, materiality and aesthetics. Conceived as a series of annual exhibitions with local, regional and international artists, each show builds on the last.

Co-founder

Dalya Islam

Dalya spent seven years at Sotheby's, where she led the reintroduction of Contemporary Middle Eastern Art as an auction category. She has curated exhibitions and advised private collectors across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East, and served on the curatorial team for the First Islamic Arts Biennale (2023). As Director of Arts and Culture at Red Sea Global, she has delivered landmark permanent commissions and shaped cultural strategy at national scale. D+D is where she works closest to the art.

Co-founder

Dena Nahar AlSaud

Dena is an independent curator and cultural practitioner whose work connects contemporary art, archives, emerging talent and cultural experience, particularly across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
